Rates are based on standard apartments & homes. Between 900 and 2000 sq ft.

What is Home Watch?
A Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues, not to be confused with a home inspector when you are purchasing or selling a home.
What is a standard Home Watch check?
Many of our customers are looking for a simple Home Watch who has an eye on their property for any obvious issues, checks the interior & exterior and puts the mail inside. They don't need any extra services or upcharges. Anything else the owner will handle by themselves.
How many visits are recommended?
We recommend at least bi-weekly visits. Most insurance claims are not valid that are older than 14 days, such as mold and water damages.
Do I receive photos after each visit?
Absolutely. We will provide you with photos or any issues we may have encountered.
How can I trust you?
We are a local and registered Naples business since 2010 and always meet with our customers first for a no-obligation consultation. You can also view our Photos tab of previous work or get in touch with our existing clients as a reference.
What about emergencies?
Each home watch check may come with surprises, which requires immediate attention. We will reach out to the home owner and work on a solution right away.
Do you mind indoor security cameras?
Not at all! We are happy if our customers invest into security cameras to keep an additional eye on their property. As well using a smart thermostat, to check on temperature & humidity.
How do I pay for your service?
You will receive an invoice online with a secure checkout that can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. You can also mail a check or pay with cash.
What if I am selling or moving?
We are sad to see our customers go. Our service is one month at a time and can be cancelled anytime. We will coordinate with your realtor, if necessary.
What batteries do you use?
We only use Duracell and Energizer for replacement of door locks, smoke detectors and other devices.
Do you offer cleaning service?
We do. Our business provides professional home cleaning services, window cleaning and power wash. Our people are trusted and been with us for many years.
